A collection of holograph stampless letters in the private collections of three members of the Iowa Postal History Society. The letters were written by AHMS missionaries generally as quarterly reports to Rev. Milton Badger or Rev. Charles Hall, AHMS officials at the organization's headquarters in New York City. The letters offer insights into the religious conditions and attitudes on the frontier. Many of the letters include statistics and information about prices of goods.
